Account Executive - Commercial Cleaning / Janitorial Services


Account Executives will be responsible for developing new business by building relationships with key decision makers to end-user accounts such as Retail, Warehousing, Industrial, Class-A Offices, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Senior Living, Commercial, and other related verticals. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the territory.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • You will collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning and janitorial service needs, ensuring we provide the best solutions. This collaborative approach is vital to our success, and we look forward to having you join our team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Conduct site visits and provide pricing estimates.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Your role as an Account Executive is crucial in maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. This ensures the smooth operation of our business, and we appreciate your attention to detail.


  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in the commercial cleaning industry
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written, verbal, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the territory’s business community and industries

Location: New York City and Tri-state Area

Experience: 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in the commercial cleaning industry

Education: No Education Requirement


Salary: Competitive base salary • Uncapped commission plan
